Becker Village Mall

Location:
The Mall is the only enclosed regional mall within a 30 mile radius. This same 30 mile radius is populated with 145,000 people. The Roanoke Rapids’ trade area is an untapped market for many national retailers.

The Plan:
Divaris Real Estate is underway with its plan to re-merchandise the Mall with local and national retailers and restaurants. The front of the Mall is to be converted to read like a shopping center while maintaining all the benefits of an enclosed
mall.
