Retained by the mall owners to revitalize an aging mall; LDI teamed up with internationally acclaimed architects, Perkowitz & Ruth, to create a modern retail hybrid to include the best elements of a micropolitan mall, a regional shopping center, and an entertainment anchored lifestyle center. Still in the pre-development stages, the preliminary response from national retailers is that the design is driving their renewed interest. |
