and North Carolina License at the Virginia Beach Headquarter Offices
of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. Knibb joined DRE in 1983 as Senior
Vice President and he became a Partner in Divaris when he founded
“The Chesapeake Office” in 1993.
At our Chesapeake Office we are staffed and equipped to offer
a high level of “at risk” pre-feasibility services.
We provide our clients with detailed reporting, high quality color
graphics, customized demographics, customized aerial photography,
market studies, location mapping, and complex decision analyses.
Pre-feasibility services are provided at no charge in order to
maximize Knibb’s potential for earning a client driven commission.

land brokerage, big box retail, shopping center pre-leasing, and
mall tenant re-merchandising. Mr. Knibb is particularly well known
