Who We Are

The Chesapeake Office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) opened in 1993 and operates from the headquarter offices of Land Dev., Inc. (LDI)

LDI provides support services to Mr. John M. Knibb as Senior Vice President and Partner of DRE. Mr. Knibb joined DRE in 1983 as its first Senior Vice President at its new US headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA.


All services conducted for the transactional sell or lease of property which involves the earning of a commission are conducted as a service of DRE.

The primary specialities of “The Chesapeake Office” fall into two major catagories:

- Land sales and ground leasing.
- Regional retail and mall leasing.
